Ingredients
For the buns:- 30g self-raising flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 mashed banana
- 1 scoop Protein Pancake Mix (Golden Syrup)
- 70ml plant-based milk
- Pine nuts / sesame seeds for topping
- White Chocolate FlavDrops
- 1 scoop Protein Pancake Mix (Golden Syrup)
- 1/4 mashed banana
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 15g self-raising flour
- 65ml beetroot juice
- White Chocolate FlavDrops
- Dairy-free white chocolate
- Shredded coconut
- 1tsp matcha powder
Method
- Sart by melting the white chocolate, spread onto parchment paper to form a square and put in the freezer to harden.
- Using the same bowl, mix the coconut and matcha powder with the remaining white chocolate
- Combine all ingredients for the burger buns and make the pancakes, then make your tomatoes.
- Assemble your burger and enjoy!
