Vegan Protein Pancakes Recipe
- 50 g Protein Pancake Mix
- 65 ml plant-based milk
- Some coconut oil
- Some Organic Cacao Nibs (for the toppings)
- Some Sugar-Free Maple Syrup (for the toppings)
- Some berries (for the toppings)
Scoop 50g of Protein Pancake Mix powder into a mixing bowl.
Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.
Heat a non‐stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.
Using a large spoon or scoop, drop 3 even amounts of pancake mix into the pan.
Cook on first side for 2 minutes before flipping over using a spatula.
Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.
Serve with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
