Vegan Protein Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

Method

  1. Scoop 50g of Protein Pancake Mix powder into a mixing bowl.

  2. Add 65ml of your favourite plant milk and whisk to a smooth paste.

  3. Heat a non‐stick frying pan over a low /medium heat and lightly oil as required.

  4. Using a large spoon or scoop, drop 3 even amounts of pancake mix into the pan.

  5. Cook on first side for 2 minutes before flipping over using a spatula.

  6. Cook for a further 2 mins or until golden brown.

  7. Serve with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
