- 70g self-raising flour
- 30g Myvegan Speculoos Soy Protein Isolate
- 90g soy yogurt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Biscoff spread
- Biscoff biscuits
- Mix together the flour, protein, yogurt and baking powder.
- The mixture will form a dough. Roll the dough and flatten into a long cylinder, spread some Biscoff spread and split the dough into two.
- Start to roll and combine the two pieces together. Place into a baking dish lined with baking paper. Place in the oven for 15 mins on 180c. Top with Biscoff biscuits.
