4B12 is one of those vitamins that's hard to get when you're plant based or vegan, so these are great... They are a bit chalky and can be a bit difficult to swallow if you let them sit on your tongue but otherwise an essential addition..

5I've been using these for a while now and have switched brands a few times, but MyVegan are by far my favourite in terms of quality and cost! The mg in these means I only have to take one a day which is perfect for me! Will continue to take daily!
