5Love using this non-negotiable supplement. Small pill makes it easy to swallow and incorporate into daily routine. As a vegan it’s the most important vitamin to supplement in my opinion.Â

4B12 is one of those vitamins that's hard to get when you're plant based or vegan, so these are great... They are a bit chalky and can be a bit difficult to swallow if you let them sit on your tongue but otherwise an essential addition..

5I've been using these for a while now and have switched brands a few times, but MyVegan are by far my favourite in terms of quality and cost! The mg in these means I only have to take one a day which is perfect for me! Will continue to take daily!
