Best flavour
5I’ve had the dark chocolate one before and liked it but I LOVE the coffee and walnut flavour. I mix it with plant based milk and banana as a smoothie or find it works really well as an addition to porridge without leaving that weird taste and consistency you sometimes get when adding protein powder. The flavour is so lovely and not and overpowering coffee flavour (my non-coffee drinking boyfriend even likes it!). Will definitely be buying again!
Lovely stuff
5I got some of the strawberry flavour. Was a bit sceptical it would taste okay with just water in a shake but it's delicious. No weird chalky textures or aftertastes. Looking forward to trying some other flavours out.
Spicy Mud
1I am not one for leaving reviews but feel it is my duty to stop people from buying this product after being unfortunate enough to experience drinking (or rather eating) it. I will just say that I have been a customer of My Protein for years and am always very impressed with their products but this was one of the most horrendous tasting things I've ever tried. I bought it because I absolutely love chili chocolate, so thought it would be the perfect product for me but when I tried it I was so disappointed. The consistency is extremely thick and the taste is so earthy that the only thing I can compare it to is spicy mud. Do yourself a favour and stick with the other flavours. Nobody should have to experience that again. NOBODY.
Pleasantly surprised
5I normally hate strawberry flavoured things but I got a sample pack of this initially and was pleasantly surprised! This is my favourite flavour and with almond milk I think it’s really filling!
Chocolate Vegan Protein
4I mix with oat milk and a banana. Good consistency and satisfying as a morning shake
Protein good, flavour awful.
1The flavour is terrible . Have had coffee and walnut before , but the dark chocolate is inedible . Have thrown the bag away . Recommend the coffee and walnut flavour though !Â
Lacking
1Tasted like cheesy feet sprinkled with chocolate. Not impossible to drink but I'll be sticking with another brands "100% Plant" range which is much more palatable. Found myself having to add sugar to help it go down easier.
Really great protein for vegans
5It is really great protein for vegans, got everything you need in it. Perfect for after the gym or before. Chocolate one tastes good, the best flavour in my opinion. Can be a tad lumpy however most proteins are so it’s great overall, just give it a good shake.
Delicious
5Great flavour, mixes well and nutritional content is superb. Great vegan product which we also use to make breakfast granola
Dark chocolate - Vile
1I had high hopes for this flavour,unfortunately it takes a load of other things to mask the vile taste of it. Unless you can drink straight cocoa powder with water this isn’t good at all and made me gag several times. Far too bitter tasting and not enough sweetness.Â
