Perfect for a variety of uses
5Perfect protein powder to use as a standard shake, mixed with cereal or for baking, e.g. cakes, cheesecakes, blondies etc
If you don't like it, try unflavoured!
5Being new to the protein powder game, I tried a variety of powders from different brands and to me, they were all completely undrinkable. They all had the same horrific aftertaste that, after any more than a tiny sip, had me literally washing my mouth out. I was astounded that anyone could ever drink these. I couldn't even cover that taste with other ingredients. So I assumed it must just be the taste of the powder itself and that this type of protein source was going to be a complete no go for me. In comes my good friend Google, who informs me that it could be the sweeteners that are the issue. Apparantly there's a genetic component that means some of us can't stand sweeteners. So I tried an unflavoured powder without much real hope. It was perfectly fine! It tastes a little earthy but there's nothing offensive about it, and once I mix it with a few other ingredients in my shake, i can't taste it at all! Finally, I can actually enjoy a shake like others seem to. If you don't like protein powders, I recommend you try the unflavoured ones, to see if that's your issue. Worked for me!
Too sweet
1I purchased the coffee and walnut sample pack after reading the reviews. It was too sweet even after adding ice to it. Il try it again and add abit of coffee to it

3Wasn't too blown away by this. I didn't have it as a shake, but mixed it into overnight oats. I found the flavour somewhat lacking...not enough caramel/peanut coming through for me.

3I mixed it with 125ml water and 125ml almond milk (straight out of the cupboard not fridge). I felt it was a little grainy and chalky with a bit of an aftertaste, but I'd be keen to try it again and experimenting with the water/milk as the flavour is really good.

5i tried the vanilla flavour and it was amazing!! not overly sweet or with an overpowering protein taste. i added it to oatmeal and it made it super creamy and taste incredible :) definitely recommend 10/10Â
Strawberry
4Tries the strawberry and a few other samples. Love that you can try the different flavours before commiting to buying a full packet. It mixes well and isn’t sandy. Goes well blended with a frozen banana and plant milk. I liked the strawberry flavour as its not too sweet and artificial tasting.Â

5Great tasting protein powder. Very easy to mix, smooth & with a complete amino profile. You couldn't ask for more. I will 100% buy more.
