5I’ve been looking for a pancake mix for a while now, and one that is specially vegan/plant based. I can say, that this is the tastiest breakfast I’ve had in ages! Without feeling stodgy too. It was super easy to mix one scoop and milk together and made a perfect serving of 3 pancakes. Could easily make 4-5 if you used a tablespoon for each one. The flavour and texture was spot on. Perfectly paired with favourite toppings. Really enjoyed adding the cacao nibs into the mixture for extra crunch.Â

1I made these pancakes  follow the instructions on the pack and I still couldn’t get it right. It bubbles up more with a lot of milk so nothing was going right from start til the end. So not highly recommendÂ
What an improvement
5I have tried both the old mix and the new, finally no more scrambled egg mixture! These pancakes are so easy to make. The instructions suggest mixing in a bowl but I used my shaker and it was lump free. One scoop made me three small/medium pancakes perfect to stack!

5The new and improved mix is so tasty! I had the maple syrup flavour, and it was super easy to make, mixes well and is so so tasty!! Fool proof and delicious vegan pancakes
Perfect Pancakes
5This mix makes the perfect pancakes, they were super easy to mix into a smooth batter and cooked perfectly. I had maple syrup flavour & added blueberries into the mix for a delicious sweet treat. One of my favourite treats now without the guilt, I'll be having pancakes more often!
