Best EPA & DHA product available on the Australian market
5As above, this is the best EPA & DHA product available to Australians, in terms of dosage, susceptibility to rancidity, and availability. The Heart Foundation (Australia) recommends 250-500 milligrams of marine-sourced omega-3s (EPA & DHA) per day. This product accurately satisfies that dosage - unlike many similar products from Chemist Warehouse or elsewhere, which often have undesirable EPA:DHA ratios or lack EPA altogether. The price is still highly competitive despite having to pay for postage from the UK. I bought 180 softgels (a six-month supply) and there are no signs of rancidity three months since purchase.

5Everything arrived on time. I bought this together with the multivitamin supplements, both of which should keep me stocked for 3 months. The bottle looks very aesthetically pleasing and the I've had no issues with the lid or the soft gels. Would recommend to anyone!

5Great product, especially as it is hard to find this quantity of plant-based omega 3 frequently. I do not normally review products but as I wrote two very negative reviews of two other myvegan products I thought best to give a positive review as this product from myvegan is good and cost-effective.

5This product is very good and very well priced! It helped me rebalance my Omega 3s levels (EPA & DHA). I now finally have normal values, but in order to reach optimal levels my nutritionist has recommended me to double up the dosage: twice a day instead of once.

5Best value out there,the evidence for the health benefits of the Dha and Epa present in this product are well documented,algae is where the fish get their Omega 3 from,so with this product you're getting all the benefits without ingesting mercury and other toxins found in high amounts in fish.

4I bought this product mostly because of the high DHA:EPA ratio. I am a scientist and find it hard to believe such perfectly 'round numbers' as 250 and 125 mg especially since this is an extract (ie not artificially synthesised substances) for which such exact figures are not feasible. Please can you provide more accurate figures and give ranges for each figure ? What is the capsule material?
