It's always handy to have a snack or treat on hand through the day to help beat those cravings or simply give yourself a treat that fits in with your diet/macros. The Baked Cookie fits the bill perfectly. A lovely soft decadently rich chocolate cookie with choc chips and a great profile/macro breakdown. I always take one to work with me or on a trip if I think I might be in need of a treat or boost. I recommend you give them a go if you haven't already.
