Perfect for Carb Backloading
I follow a carb backloading diet and this is perfect for my post workout shake to get some well needed carbs and glucose into my muscles! Doesn’t really taste of anything so once mixed with the vegan protein blend you can just taste whatever protein flavour you’ve gone with!
