really great product
I use the the instant oats on a regular basis for my baked oats, the consistency is always on point

Makes making my loved baked oats so easy!!
So good!
I’d never used them before and I was so excited to make a “ready brek” breakfast. I made the mistake of microwaving for too long and accidentally made cake! (Not a bad thing!) I tried again and microwaved in 15sec intervals while stirring frequently. I got really thick and tasty “porridge” which kept me full for ages. I’m going to try them in the oven next time for a protein/carb cake.

If you like ready brek you're gonna love this stuff. I've tried it with almond milk heated up on the hob (cooks quickly so you don't really need it on a high heat) and it was quite nice. It's now my breakfast staple and I'm glad I tired it. 10/10 recommend. :)
Amazing Product
It is like oat flour which is very good, i can use this in cooking in different ways. I like very much this product, it is my choice every morning for breakfast.
Surprisingly good!
When I bought this I thought I was buying instant/rolled oats, however when I used it I realised it was more like oat flour, very happy with this as I can use it in cooking without having to get out my food processor!

Really nice light oats, and so much for the price.
Better than ever!
I used to have instant oats all the time but stopped using them after a while. I've gone back to them now as I was in need of a quick and easy pre and post workout carb hit and they're ideal! Really nice flavour with just oat or soya milk, a bit like ready brek! I have them before a workout for an energy boost or to add to a fruit smoothie, and again with a scoop of protein after my workout. Also a great breakfast shake option if you're on the go! Highly recommend and the price is ideal too!
Good but weird
Really good if you add them into a Shake but prob the only thing they are good for. Does add a lot off taste into the shake tho reminds me off a chocolate milkshake :)
