Amazing Product
5Amazing vegan creatine for anyone who wants to take that extra step. Have seen suggested online to start with 25g daily for a week before changing to 5g a day but I just went for 5g from that start and it’s worked well for me!
Creating creatine!
5Does exactly what is says on the tin! (bag). Easy to mix and actually tastes ok. Will be back for more.
Big difference
5I'm able to see the difference from when I wasn't taking this to now, feeling better with it and also not feeling to mich muscle pain.
Perfect but for the packaging
4This supplement always adds a noticeable boost to training, be it on my lifting or gymnastic days, and tastes good in hot water (which is better for creatine absorption) – in fact, it even mixes deliciously with hot chocolate... The only reason I've knocked off a star is 'cause the packaging lets it down; the non-recyclable satchet has a clunky seal that either fails to do its job, or lodges so tight that it rips away from the packet on your next opening attempt and is rendered useless. All but the recycling issue is solveable, though, with a clothes peg over the folded satchet – and I'm sure I'll find a way to reuse the packaging one day...
Results keep improving
5I've been drinking this shake morning and night, and on workout days I'll have an extra shake 30min before my workouts with some added vegan Beta Alanine and vegan Taurine (the latter isn't yet supplied by MyVegan though, natch – here's another little request for that, folks...!). In just the last coupl'a months I've seen this result in better "pumps", lower squats, and less tiring cardio. I'll keep buying this for a good while, I'm sure!

Really easy to drink
5As soon as I clicked the "Submit Order" button, I whacked my forehead: my creatine purchases to now have been unflavoured, because I read somewhere that creatine causes less gastro problems if you mix it with a hot drink – so I'd been mixing it with Horlicks, hot choc, etc. But MyVegan had tempted me with the "berry burst" flavour, and I didn't realise my mistake until after making the payment. It turns out, though, that this flavour is delicious when mixed with warm water – like a warming Vimto – and I've even used it to flavour hot chocolate! All of which makes it easy to drink whenever needed. And being assuredly vegan too is a definite plus. Really hope MyVegan will bring out a vegan taurine next...?
