Does its job

Vegans have about 50% less carnosine in their muscles compared to omnivores. Since taking this product, I've experienced an explicit increase to exercise capacity and an explicit decrease to muscular fatigue - and some consequential positive changes to my body composition. I had tingling in the hands and lips when I first started taking the product, resulting in mild dermatitis on my hands, but this quickly resolved without treatment. This is now a staple supplement for myself as a cardiovascular athlete.

Now a regular favourite

Beta-Alanine isn't impossible to source as a vegan, but it's always good to have a boost of it before any kind of workout – mental as well as physical. This is now my go-to product for helping me wake up in the morning, improving my mood, and raising my productivity, as well as letting me feel an extra "pump" during workouts. Having said all that, I should probably add that it's not the only product I've been taking that could result in these benefits: I've also begun taking MyVegan's Vitamin D (which helps mood) and Vegan Omega (which should improve brain function, conducive of both mood and productivity). So you may wish to experiment if you can't afford/don't fancy all three products. I'd recommend starting with this one, though, especially if you're also doing any kind of fitness activity – your muscles will thank you.

Now on my third packet

I don't get a "buzz" from Beta-Alanine like everyone else on the Internet seems to, but I do notice a difference in my overall feeling of strength when I mix it in with some creatine and taurine 20min or so before a workout. If you use "rate of perceived exertion" methods to decide your weights, you may find yourself lifting heavier after a few days of use.
