Myloyalty T&Cs

Welcome to Myloyalty, a tiered loyalty program promoted and operated by THG Nutrition Limited(trading as Myvegan). By joining and participating in the scheme, you agree to below terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
Participation
These Terms and Conditions govern Myloyalty program and set out the terms of contract between Nutrition Limited (‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’)and each member of the Myloyalty program (‘Member’, ‘You’, ‘Your’).
All Members with a Myvegan account are automatically enrolled into Myloyalty.
It is Your responsibility to ensure that all personal information which you are required to provide when Your register is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and that You are not impersonating any other person or entity.
Myloyalty is open to all Myvegan customers on www.myvegan.co.uk (‘Website’) aged 18 or over who reside in the UK.
You will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by e-mailing or telephoning our customer service representatives at: Tel: 0161 813 1487
Each Memberis only entitled to one Myloyalty account. Myvegan reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time and to forfeit points issued to such account without liability.
You can end your participation in the Myloyalty program at any time by sending an email to our Customer Service team atcustomer.experience@thehutgroup.com
Upon termination or expiry of Your account, all points and rewards will be removed.
Modification
“Points” are issued by and remain the property of Myvegan who may, at any time, terminate or alter the operation of Myloyalty or make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will give You reasonable notice of any amends. Earning or redeeming Points will be seen as acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.. Any such amendments or revisions will be reflected on https://www/myvegan.com and will be effective immediately.
Your participation in the program confirms your agreement of any changes to the Myloyalty program. If you do not agree to any changes made You must terminate Your account.
Points, Tiers and Rewards
Points are earned through the following activities
- Creating an account onhttps://www.myvegan.com. Creating an account is worth one Point.
- Shopping online athttps://www.myvegan.com.You will earn 1Point for every £1 you spend on the Website (excluding shipping costs).
- Leaving a review onhttps://www.myvegan.com. Each review is worth two Points. Points for reviews are capped at 40.
2. To earn points on purchases on the Website, You must be signed into Your Myvegan account at the point of purchase.
3. Where You make a purchase on the Website in Your local currency, the number of Points You earn will be calculated using the British Pounds Sterling value of Your purchase in accordance with the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
4. Points will be credited to Your account within 14 days of being accrued.
5. Points expire after 52 weeks from the date they were accrued on Your Myvegan account.
6. Points will be removed from your balance for any transactions with returned or refunded products.
7. Points cannot be used as credit towards purchases.
8. You can check Your Myloyalty Points balance at any time via Your Account on the Website.
9. Points are non-transferrable.
10. Below you can find the individual terms and conditions by Tier and Reward.
(a) Once you have accrued 35 Points, You will reach Tier Avocado:
(i) You will unlock exclusive partner discounts, which will be communicated through our Myloyalty newsletters sent to you by email from time to time.
(ii) You will receive a £5 birthday credit. You will only receive this if You have communicated Your birthday to us throughhttps://www.myvegan.com/my.profile.The credit will be added to Your basket at the start of your birth month and it will be valid until You spend it or at the end of the month (whichever is earlier). Your birthday voucher value will be determined by which Tier You have reached on the 1st of Your birthday month. To redeem Your £5 birthday voucher, You must spend a minimum of £10 in any one transaction.
(a) Once You have accrued 70 points, you will reach Tier Grapefruit:
(i) In addition to the rewards from Tier Avocado You will be entered into our Annual Grand Prize Draw. We will communicate this to You via the email address linked to your Myloyalty account. Myvegan reserves the right to choose when the prize draw is.
(ii) In addition to the rewards from Tier Avocado, You will also receive a further £5 birthday credit in addition to the previous £5 voucher earned in Tier Avocado. You will only receive this if You have communicated your birthday to us throughhttps://www.myvegan.com/my.profile.The credit will be added to Your basket at the start of your birth month and it will be valid until You spend it or at the end of the month (whichever is earlier). Your birthday voucher value will be determined by which Tier You have reached on the 1st of Your birthday month. To redeem Your £5 birthday voucher, You must spend a minimum of £20 in one transaction.
(b) Once you have accrued 150 points, you will reach Tier Papaya:
(i) In addition to the rewards from Tier Avocado and Grapefruit You will also unlock free Eco Delivery. Eco Delivery will show at checkout if available to Your selected post code – if not, You will then be able to select free Standard Delivery. To redeem your free delivery option, you must spend a minimum of £10 in any one transaction.
(ii) You will be contacted via the email address linked to your account when new product samples are available. Samples are subject to availability. To receive your sample, You must spend a minimum of £15 in any one transaction.
Marketing
We love to communicate with our customers and so, depending on Your marketing preferences, we may use Your personal data to send you marketing messages by email, phone or post. Some of these messages may be tailored to you, based on your previous browsing or purchase activity, and other information we hold about You.
If You no longer want to receive marketing communications from us (or would like to opt back in),You can change Your preferences at any time by contacting us (details below), clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email, or updating Your settings in Your account. If You unsubscribe from marketing, please note we may still contact You with service messages from time to time (e.g. order and delivery confirmations, and information about your legal rights).
If You unsubscribe from marketing communications, Your Myloyalty account, Points and Tier level will remain active, however You will miss all rewards communicated via email.
Myvegan may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Myloyalty accounts or Points (in whatever form) and / or remove a Member from the program at any time where Myvegan has a reasonable belief of:
b. any breach or attempted breach of these Terms and Conditions;
c. any behaviour relating to the Myloyalty program or Myvegan that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
2. Points awarded may be removed or cancelled if Myvegan determines that the points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions.
