Okay flavour
The tangy orange flavour has a bit of a weird aftertaste. I’m also not sure if it really does that much for me in terms of giving me more energyÂ

I can’t have pre workout with beta Alanine in because it doesn’t agree with me so to find one without was amazing to start with. This gives me the push to have a more enjoyable workout even on the days I don’t want to. Probably not the strongest pre workout out there but it’s pretty good.

Love the actual pre workout and it really helps but the lemon tea flavour is honestly horrible. It’s just chemicals and leaves a taste in your mouth. Think I’m going to order another flavour and see how I get on!

Love this stuff, feels like endurance in a bag. No crazy tingles you get with Beta Alanine which I hate. Loads of Citruline and Nitrates to get your veins dilated. Just the right about of caffeine so it doesn't give you jitters, just solid amount of alertness and energy.
