5keeps my shake cool all morning, I use this one at home when I'm working in the office, which gets warm. I add a few cubes of ice and it keeps cool for hours if I'm using the shake over an extended period.

1(Please see previous review giving two stars) Now I have two broken metal shakers. I would not recommend this product. The regular plastic one is better in my opinion.
